    it is located at a good position. our room was good. but the problem is the supply of hot water which is direct and can only be for some specific time. moreover at that time u don't have any option to get normal water.

    Rooms are clean. Washrooms clean. Very helpful staff. Arranged for Local sightseeing bus, booked return tickets. Tea was made available very early at 6 am. Hot water available. Hot drinking water available as machines are installed on each floor. If you are going in winter please carry extra warm clothes as hotel doesn't have room heaters.

    Had a pleasant stay. The receptionist was very courteous. Any request was attended immediately. Rooms were neat with all necessary amenities. Overall a good place to stay.

    Big neat and clean room.We thought it has 24X7 hot water so we booked here, but hotwater only available from morning 6 to 1. Hot water facility is limited then we got rooms for less then this price.null of the rooms have road view window only right corner rooms have on request they provided us with that room. Nearby many shops and restaurant are there.

    well I booked a double bed deluxe room but they provided me the room without a window with very little mobile coverage. I requested for room change immediately after checking in but they lied that no room is available whereas rooms were vacant for whole of my stay. Also they provided wifi password at time of check-in but after 30 minutes they block the wifi for the whole of my stay.

    we stayed 2 days here, got a nice stay. clean rooms, decent Receptionist and polite staffs. walking distance to the famous branded restaurants in ooty and also hotel located in the mid of the city.

    good decent hotel right at the center of ooty.. restaurants are all near by. there is less parking space but the people at the hotel takes care of the parking so that you will not face any issues in the busy congested parking space. the rooms are large and have 24hrs hot water facility. they also do cleaning every day. they do not have wifi
