    Price was a bit too high considering the room condition, it is nice for a family looking for reasonable place to stay, just that they need to fix the room lights to make it a bit more bright and check for the door second lock as well. Overall was nice

    The hotel is horribly bad , they are giving very small room for ac and big rooms for fan Staff is not good, not cooperative location is also bad

    ALTAF MOTEL is a nice, budget affordable and safe hotel. The hotel is located just two minutes away from Matheran Station. We booked non AC interconnect rooms. Currently, outside renovation work is in progress. But inside all the rooms are equipped with facilities. Wi-Fi, TV and hot water are available. It feels like we are living at home. Many thanks to the hardworking Deva Sadavarte who gave us good service.

    Not Worth for the money. We found Crockroz and other insets on the floor. Wooden furniture are cracked everywhere from which insets are coming out. Can not get the proper sleep because of Mosquitos. Room service person is very attentive. but the Property quality is very poor. it looks good only in pictures. but it reality No worth for money. I strongly suggest not to visit here.

    Room was untidy, Rain water was coming inside the room on bed. There is no window just an plastic placed at window. it was wooden room and wood had black insects falling on bed. there were insects on floor as well. Lots of electricity issue.

    Hotel was very very dirty as well as room. There was insects and lizard in the room. Water supply was very slow in bathroom and even water supply was stopped during bath and there is no hot water supply in the room. Overall stay was very very poor and will not recommend to anyone.

    Thank you so much guys for making our 1st Anniversary special. A big thanks to Altaf motel and their staff Asif and Awesh they made our day. We were stuck in between in Ghats that to with our bike but Mr. awesh was there to help us on each and every step to help us beyond his way. Asif took care of each and every small things we need already to help. That's really appreciable. Really thanks a lot guys. 🥰🥰🥰
