    decent for 1 night stay. they have basic amenities in the room such as hot water, wifi etc. i was on bike so accessibility was not an issue and could park right outside the property. for those traveling by 4 wheeler it will be better to call property upfront before arrival so they can provide you directions to reach the location. will not recommend if traveling with elders as property does not have a lift. overall a good budget property

    very bad location. very remote area far from market. there's no kitchen and TV dosent work and also wi-fi. very interior area, not advisable for family. no amenities at all. price very high for such a property. it's like a lodge not a hotel. only thing good is the caretaker Nikaram.

    Let me write a detailed review, because this deserves one! As others mentioned, I should definitely start with Mr. Nikku bhai, a big kudos to him. His warm welcome and the way he treat guests is really great. I had booked from Agoda for one day (had 3 different hotels on our 3 days stay in shimla). Reached Victory tunnel and Nikku Ram called and guided us exactly which way to take. Later he explained how people get scammed there and thanks to him for saving us!     There was No wifi, TV was not working, rooms were Okay although not very clean. Location wise its good everything is at walking distance but for young people only as the road is very steep and down. Overall it was a good stay but can be more better....the owner was very cooperative n guided us very well.

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the manager(Niku) was amazing. He went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting.

    We stayed in this hotel on 15th January. such a good place. they have all the facilities and near by Mall road. important thing is that they provide electric blankets which is a god saver in this cold. thanks to Mr nikkaram for assisting us throught out the stay.
