staff behaviour very rudely. breakfast severed was open without foil and tray too dirty, without any tissue paper and necessary cutlery. tea quality also not upto mark, house keeping available from 9 to 5 only

Pros: Location is great with many restaurants close by. Cleanliness is satisfactory. Room & bathroom were small but well-equipped. Cons: Drinking water is in short supply. Service staff isn't available after 5 pm. Lift doesn't work all the time.

the room was small, not so clean ,the breakfast was very small and the surroundings felt unsafe at night. Overall not so good

We four friends went so we took two rooms with twin beds.The room was just perfect.The service was also great.They also give two breakfasts for one person.Here I would like to mention that the manager Mr.Deepak was very helpful for anything you need.Our tv did not have sound and he quickly got it replaced.Even my favourite restaurant Sher-e-Punjab is very close to this hotel and they both belong to the same owner.
