    Aspen resort gave me a peaceful experience. The staff were amazing—so friendly, kind, and always ready to help with a smile. They made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. The room was quiet and comfortable, perfect for relaxing. I highly recommend this hotel for its wonderful staff and calm atmosphere.

    The stay was over priced as there was a lack of basic amenities like fresh towels and toiletries. The staff was helpful but the lack of electricity coupled with lack of basic amenities made the experience.

    Rooms are nice but property is very average. Its different from what they have shown in pictures. I was expecting it to be somthing very nice but once i visited it was too average for me. Not worth the money.

    Luxury stay and place is amazing, Manager is cool and good attitude. Food quality and quantity need to improve. As it's winter would be expecting them to serve Soup but didn't provided.

    It’s really horrible for couples with baby specially hotel management not response your phone calls for room service or any Emergency also they is NO intercom service on premium rooms.Parties going on till 2.00 AM

    It was lovely experience that made me near to the nature just riverside. Good and well maintained property. evening bonfire was amazing with dancing ambience and music. food was good served as buffet. The manager was an awesome person who was taking care of every guest needs . The staff was very helpful . overall nice place to stay in. I highly recommend.

    We had booked the Aspens camps through you. The rooms were uninhabitable. We checked in and checked out immediately. We drop for 11 hours from Gurgaon to reach here to such bad room and bathroom. We had to leave immediately. We booked another hotel In Haridwar through you, and spent the night there.
