    our stay at the hotel was average. the staff was friendly and cooperative, but we had a major issue with the room. despite requesting a non-smoking room as we were traveling with a baby, we were given a smoking room that had a very strong smell. although they used a room freshener, the smell lingered throughout our stay, making it quite uncomfortable. unfortunately, our request to switch to a non-smoking room was denied. other than this, the staff was helpful, and the service was decent. the br ...more
