Wonderful stay at the property. We had a good time and had a great stay. Mr. Sunil the property manager was very helpful during the stay. He ensured that we had a pleasant stay.
This place is highly recommended if you are visiting Wayanad.

excellent stay location is excellent amd views are mesmerising .food was also limited but very good quality only approach road is painful in their jeep thats the only drawback staff was very polite and courteous overall very nice experience one rating less because at some places maintainance is required swimming pool was not full clean and no proper sitting arrangements near pool

we had enjoyed the stay to the most...they have the awesome view with a very friendly n smiling staff to help you in all the form..we were travelling with baby and they made our stay the most memorable one..want to thanks the manager, Mr Thomas n all the staffs of the resort..

It was awesome experience staying in Avadale for 3 days. It's between the woods and so peaceful. All the mangers are welcoming including managers, drivers, and mr.Ankit who offered the great hospitality.

The property is located in a private coffee plantation and is set in lush green. The cottage was neat, amenities well provided and clean, food options are limited but taste homely.

There main usp is the location and the ride to property, the food is average, and this location is suitable for couples or people who doesn't want to venture out and be at the property.
the dinner is so so costly that even barbecue nation in bangalore is better, even the food is not to that Mark for the price (450) we pay.
they force you to have it there and doesn't entertain outside food(the reason provided by the manager was that lots of rats are there),
most of the property was vacant, still they wasn't interested for free upgrade.

Different Experience to reach the place in 4×4 Jeep , amazing rock house , beautiful weather.
