room was spacious 👍
washroom was ok, need some corrections like pressure pipe flow is not proper, wall colour was damaged 👎
chair in room was not of use 👎
tv was working with internet only
bed 🛏️ was ok

location was good just behind c21 mall.

I faced a lot of problem the property was not at all worth the price . I want my refund . Ridiculous experience. Dirty washroom with foul smell . No toiletries were present there . The tea kettle was used and not cleaned . Blanket was teared . In bathroom there was only hot water coming all the time all the taps and flush were rusted .i want you to take initiate the refund

everything was really great, the room was neat and clean and the staff was supportive as well. there's one suggestion to keep the water tank filled. during my stay i faced no water problems 3-4 times.

no hot water available
basic amenity like comb ,tooth brush not available
window not closing completely , partial open and jam
tv not working after 10pm
for hot water hotal staff provided me rod heater with plastic bucket which was damaged due to heater
i could not get shower in 24hrs of my stay.
electric cattle not cleaned and only one nestle coffee pouch provided.
for tea i have to get ready and walk 300meter and go to local shop
landline phone available but no directory for call t ...more
