    hotel and location is ok , but service is very poor. there is always problem of power, it was difficult to take the lift . because there was no accountability in this hotel. we didn't even see the hotel staff using the lift . management is very poor . the food range is very poor.

    My experience was very bad right from checkin. The lift wasn't working due to power cut and we were not made aware about the manual power backup which takes few minutes before lift gets functional again. The room was not clean and the bed sheet and the pillows had hairs and also stains which indicates that room was not properly clean.     average stay. room are good. but they don't want to upgrade room. even they have rooms they are lying to me 2/3/4 Floor some maintenance work going on. we are 2 ladies and they provide 1st floor room road side. 2 days we don't open cartoon once in this room. food was bad. very poor. 3rd day I change my hotel shifted to other hotel. never recommend.

    It is a good place to stay but problem is only that it is far from mall road about 4.7km, so you must have your own vehicle for frequent transfer.
