    well hotel is nice. ambience is gud. however staff service is poor with food served was not fresh at all. breakfast has a very cheaper menu. cleanliness not upto mark with 7/10. amenities are great with nice view from window. ac, and washroom also gud. some improvements needs in form of service and staff. rest i ld definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

    There's no such thing as housekeeping in that hotel.Severly short staff... only one person doing all cleaning.There was dirty bed sheet on bed , drawers, almirah and washrooms(especially next to main lobby of hotel -it was stinking).It took them one and half hours to change the room when we reported hygiene issues there plus they gave us room without TV .Food served in breakfast was pathetic and there were flies all over dining area.I am surprised to see 4 star ⭐ rating of this hotel.This hotel ...more
