This is my first visit in celerio the guard give us a warm Welcome and treat good but at the same moment the receptionist is little with unprofessional. There printer is not working for copying the I'd and the receptionist ask to wait before allotting the room when we wait lobby ac nt working after few min she give the room keys. Room furniture is good and clean but ac is not working properly the washroom is old fashioned taps are old and washroom is not clean they didn't give toiletries and br ...more

Hotel was good room was also neat and clean. Hotel is far from market but it's good for me. No noise and traffic.

Poor experience, no welcome at the gate, no wi-fi when told reception they said it will not fixed. Have to wait for hours for hot water, room were big with extra door to another lobby which was totally unsafe. Please avoid this hotel, many 3 star property will be better than this 4 star. Pls avoid.

All staff , supportive and good,, beat thing everything was on time.
I asked them to upgrade the room . They did it.
And my daughter liked there food .
