Although the room had all the facilities, everything was either old or broken. The iron was broken , the faucet in the bathroom was loose and leaking. The furniture is really old and the doors, cupboards are coming apart. The room was not properly cleaned. The floor was full of hair. Not at all worth the price.
I am surprised how this is a five star hotel.
The food was good and the hotel staff was polite, which was the only good thing about this place.

the hotel is not maintained properly. the swimming pool was not at all maintained. no water recycling was done. water was dirty. washroom drainage was also not proper. staff was also not very courteous and polite. never bothered to wish the customers. started fighting among themselves in front of the customers. taste of the food and the restaurant service was also poor.

Needs a complete renovation.
