it was always a pleasant stay at Crestmont food quality is good with average cost of food and stay. good staff

Premium room is not upto the mark. Rooms needs redesigning. Bathroom is spacious enough but feels like it is built in 2000's. It was smelling very bad in morning.
Breakfast buffet is pathetic with very limited options.
You can't even get omlette apart from the items available in buffet. If poori is available in buffet then you can't get the parathas.
overall it was not a good experience. This property is not living upto the Clarks INn name.

This hotel was a nightmare. The staff and the management were not only untrained but also extremely disrespectful. Their attitude was condescending, and they clearly lacked any sense of hospitality. If you need any help from the staff they will only charge you won’t help you. I regret choosing this place and would advise avoiding this hotel.

it is a nice hotel for business travellers. You can get a good deal of you book through Goibibo. A recommended hotel for corporate people.
