    Basic hygiene is a complete miss, we were provided a room which had dirty bed sheet, cover and washroom. The staff is reactive but they need to be proactive given the fact that at pilgrimage sites, the total time spent is less hence hygiene is most basic and crucial requirement.

    This hotel truly deserves 5 stars! The ambiance is cozy, and the rooms are well-maintained. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The food was fantastic, and the check-in process was smooth. I will definitely be coming back!

    left overs and dirty plates were everywhere… not taken away by the staff.. ground staff was rude… had to pay for water bottles… no soaps for hand wash or bathing… empty dispensers hanged in washroom… no towels in bathroom… no glasses for drinking water… small plastic cups were given… no wifi… password provided but it didn’t start… no channels in tv except youtube… staff refused to call cab for early morning transport to station… *manager was very cordial and helpful…cozy bed, hot water geyser and ac were a big relief*overall amenities were not provided for super deluuxe room
