The booking was cancelled without any information to us. Had to make alternative arrangement. Very unprofessional behaviour by the hotel.
Will not recommend to any one.

Hotel is located in the city and rooms are spacious and clean. had a relaxing stay, Vishwajeet at reception was very helpful. restaurant has variety of food.

First of all, the review is not for the hotel per say. They were overbooked and didn't inform us. They informed us about it only when we called them to get more information. They said they have made an arrangement for us nearby in similar hotel but when their representatives took us there, we were told that they were overbooked as well.
Then they took us to a homestay and that was really great experience. The host of this homestay was very courteous and helpful.
So giving the rating as average to Hotel Diamond only because of their mismanagement and nothing else.
