We had a beautiful stay. This place is little distant from the traditional Corbett Resorts. The place is huge. Food is good. The staff were very courteous and hospitable. The room we stayed 306 is a huge room well equipped the bathroom offered a jacuzzi that my little one really enjoyed. On the whole had a lovely stay.

It's not worth the 4-star rating. While the location is decent, it's difficult to reach via public transport.
But that's not the point. The room that I was given didn't have a working intercom and was only fixed after I kept following up 3-4 times.
Next, the shower did not work for the two days I was there, despite my raising it as an issue on the first day. When I brought up the issues with the manager while checking out, there was no remorse or repentance. The manager just pushed blame on the other staff and the staff said "they will check call logs to see if there were complaints".
