One of the finest property at Munnar, of course some part of the hotel is under renovation , but that is not causing much inconvenience to customer. But DIL SE a nice place to stay for everyone. Food is also very nice, special mention for Reception and F&B Manager Mr Regi. Who takes care of customer with lot of care.

our stay in eastend munnar was awesome. Hotel is in the main city center from where u can easily go to shops also. staff are also very polite n helpful. They arranged a cab for us for local sightseeing. Food was so delicious. overall a good experience....

We stayed here for 3 Nights. We were provided the room with the nice view. staff is very helpful n great hospitality. Had a nice small garden n greenary
However, property needs some new amenities n features to fit to the latest. Few items to be replaced with new stuff.
Breakfast can be little more better with some live counters n more options to be included especially for Dinner.
Overall it's good n this is our second time staying here in this property after 8 years

1. The hotel is very nice.
2. Very polite staff and great service.
3. The hotel is spread over a large area with a ground. We can sit there as well.
4. The location is at the city center, very near to bus stand.
5. The street food, local taxi stand is at walking distance (just need to cross a bridge on foot)
6. The hotel arranged sightseeing and transfer for me and the driver was also very polite and kind hearted.
7. Restaurant has very reasonable rates.
