I was very disappointed with this room. It was nothing like the photos shown online. The room was not properly cleaned, the bathroom had no locks, and the closet was broken. Even the toilet was not cleaned well, which was unacceptable. To make things worse, the AC wasn’t working properly and failed to cool the room. Overall, the room felt like a disaster — definitely not worth the price or the expectations. Would not recommend.

Very Very Bad Hotel, All Photos are older photos. Room and Bathroom not clean. ac and non ac room prices very less and hotel and room quality very poor. Not safe for couples or family. tv not working, bathroom have no lock,i will come to check in my room have other guest iam waiting 30 minutes for check in. "if you book room you will be trap, you cannot get refund, iam not recommend to any body this hotel"

so just sat on the bed for the time to book next hotel for the same day

Worst Hotel.The Reception boy hindi wala had a very rude behavour. At firstThey didn't provide not even a plate or glass for food.But he gave a glass which he drank beer, without washing or cleaning it.Room was not clean.No fan in the room.No TV connection.No ventilation in the bathroom. Room was not sound proof, noise everywhere.No hotels nearby. Overall a very bad experience.

location near ernakulam south railway station. Neat & clean rooms. The staff is also good and polite,But The hotel was not good from the outside. Average Hotel near Ernakulam south Railway station .
