Rooms are pathetic in this hotel. I will not recommend anyone to stay in this place. The pics that FabHotels have provided on their website are fraud. The place is not good for family at all. Very smelly, unhygenic and dirty rooms.
FabHotels has cheated us and is not willing to refund the money too..
We had to book another hotel for our stay at double the charge due to this.
Plz do not go to this hotel. Not worth even 1 Star rating.
Room is very unhygenic and dirty, dark.

it's very small room and the staff is cooperative He doesn't have its own restaurant they provide only kachori and Poha for breakfast while I booked my room along with breakfast. not value for money.not recommended to anyone.

very hard to find on Google map.
also instead of owner number you pass your fab hotel no. which is worst.
it take about 1 hour to find the hotel.

Very near to Ujjain Railway station at platform no 8 Walking distance from station. Good staff behaviour.helping Nature
