    it was mediocre stay room was ok as i am staying here from last 4 days. for water bottle which is 500 ml if you will call they to send these 4 small water bottle they will send only 2 at once and again you will call to send 4 they will send 2 only I drink lot of water and these are small water bottle still they are careless about sending 4 when you ask for 4 if you will ask for 6 they will send 2 which is pathetic

    I have stayed in much better hotels uptil now so I would rate this one as average only. Right from entrance to lobby, bed and other facilities in the room, food and amenties, everything is average. No velet. My expectation from an ITC hotel is much more than what I got. Average. Room bed could be better. Mattress is not as soft as it should be.
