    The entire experience was really good. From food to service and room as well. The only thing that hampered our experience later was something that make my trip needs to sort. Half the hotels apply the total charge for 3 adults stay at the time of booking only and no one has an idea that here at this hotel particularly they charge for the third person directly at the hotel.     Kudos to the whole staff at the Sheraton - Falak, Farhaan, Umer, Izhaar etc to name a few for making my stay so truly wonderful & trying their best to accomadate all my whims & fancies ! A special thanks & shout out to IRD Server "Bhatgavar" too for all his help & Coorperation in catering to my needs at all odd hours even way past his shift timings ! Highly recommend staying here to all when & if planning a trip to this paradise called Kashmir ! Room size & views, hospitality, cleanliness, adherense to every detail & above all safety !

    We had stayed 2 days from 14 to 16 Dec @Four Points by Sheraton, Srinagar & very much satisfied with the services of the hotel. Staff was very cooperative & humble. Interiors & rooms were neat & clean.. Food was ok but it must be improvised further. Overall it was great experience to stay at four points by Sheraton, Srinagar. Thanks We felt totally safe and our Privacy/ safety were maintained appropriately which was expected from the Hotel. Thanks a lot for your services. I will recommend all my known to visit this hotel once.
