stay was very comfortable and clean.
Rooms were spacious. Hot water was available.
It's little away from e rickshaw stop

Pros:
The staffs were polite.
The ambience is calm and green.
The location of the hotel is near sunrise and sunset points.
Cons:
Amenities provided in the room can be improved.
The hotel is a little far from the market and it is situated towards the end of Matheran.

Owner was so rude specifically for Gujaratis. She(owner) doesn't like Gujarati's to stay at her hotel even though her roots are connected with Gujarat. I strongly refuse to stay (specifically to Gujaratis) at this hotel because owner don't like Gujaratis and she never will serve you as her guests. People can stay any other near by hotels lile Adamo and many more with good locations.

Best place to stay in Matheran for family.Room was very spacious,neat and clean.
The food is especially good and hygienic.Owner of hotel Smita mam's nature is very good and ethical.Highly recommend.

Overall nice and satisfactory stay
Pros:
1. Quiet and peaceful place
2. Not much far from main market (around 1.2km)
3. The property is well maintained and not so crowded.
4. It has ample open space with trees.
5. The biggest surprise was the washroom. It was very large, spacious.
Cons:
1. The food can be discouraging
2. Like all things in the universe, this hotel also need some improvements to give a fresh vibe in the room. Currently the rooms are little bit of pungent smell.
