    The receptionist was very rude over call. He doesn't have manners how to talk to there customer. When ever called him he abruptly disconnect the call just mentioning his views without listening to the customer. Very bad experience overall. Will not recommend to any one.

    worst room bed experince dirty bed dirty toilet staff behaivor very bed i m not suggest any one book this hotel my hotel booking already done but hotel manager demanded extra money ..

    I want to share my experience with the hotel, As it is a very new property it’s nicely maintained & clean . Interiors are also very good. But , when I entered my Goibibo booked room find the Toilet are Indian type WC. I request them please change my room. They told me I have to upgrade my room then only they will provide me another room. And for that they changed me additional ₹1600/- for the room , which are very very high such a place like Mau,my only requirements was a western type toilet for that I bound to pay ₹ 1,600/- which is very high. * this a very very bad experience.
