It was a very uncomfortable hotel stay, only 3 children continued serving the service. The restaurant was not available. The hotel was
outside the main City. The communication was very bad, auto service charges very high.
I was requesting kindly update communication & food service

Ambience of hotel is very good but rooms are too small and suffocated they are not providing all amenities what mentioned in app there is no centre table, no chairs in room and also rooms are too small that you can not seat beside bed there is only bad thats it also there is issue of powercut they do not have proper power backup

The staff is really helpful but the hotel rooms conditions are bad. Bad bedding, walls. Water does not come properly. Broken WC and what not.

Cleanliness needs to be taken care. Basic amenities like telephone, bathroom were not upto the mark. Needs improvement. Staffs were responsive and helpful.
