Overall a good Hotel.
good location,staff are friendly. The restaurant provides good food.But the rooms are old typed. but they maintain the property neat & clean.

Room size is very small and dirty. The floor, fan and wall are full of deposited dust particles. The tea tray and cups are shabby and not clean. Food in the restaurant is very oily and in small quantities compared to the price.

Hotel is relatively new.. Just next to the beach.. nearly 50 m from Beach..
Positives about the hotel is the Pool, fair price and good taste of food at restaurant and cleanliness maintained in entire boundary.
Improvement can be done in slight widening of main gate for vehicle to pass smoothly. Apart from Full size SUV, other vehicles can pass with little skilled driver.
Staff is supportive and cooperative.
Overall experience is good.
