The AC in one of their rooms wasn't working properly then they provided us with an alternate room and it wasn't working properly there as well and then we had to switch to third room. This inconvenience aside the staff was very polite and responsive and acted promptly. Not just that they even offered us complementary tea which anyways we didn't have . They have very polite and prompt staff which is one of their strengths.
