The room which was booked initially had poor condition of air conditioners. After sometime when asked for a new room we got one, whose AC was luckily working properly! After this the food that was ordered which was expected to be chilli garlic noodles turned out to be a combo of vegetarian noodles+ singapuri noodles with 0 taste at all that costed around 250/- with taxes ! Overall the stay was an average one.

staff behaviour is worst they thought they are don of this hotel green palm, they don't know how to talk to customer, inexperienced staff knowledge, staff misbehaved me and my friend but I ignored, if I not ignored we survived a fight and complaint a police complaint because I don't want to disturb my mood
so pls don't go green palms hotel jhilmil

I am writing this complaint regarding today's booking at hotel green palm. while booking it shows checkin time at 9 am bt after book I received whataap text showing checkin time 12 pm .It is kind of misleading travellers. I want a checking time at 9am.Hotel will ask for extra money for early booking. kindly look into this matter
