The hotel was not clean at all, the staff was not special, the AC was not working at all, it was not a hygienic hotel at all.

Property is good however the service is very poor... The boy at reception behaves very rudely. .. Service boys are very poor in response. Will suggest everyone not to go with the images ... Even I booked for 4 persons they gave me double bed room, on asked provided extra bed, however the pillow cover were very dirty, blanket was not fresh and uncovered. When I asked to change these and provide proper clean blanket, the service boy said that this is the one they provide with extra bed person. I took it considering nearby airport distance, however had a very poor experience..

Staff was polite . But washrooms were not clean and they don't serve non -veg and they don't even warm if you bring non veg from outside if you want to have it later.

very poor hotel,i asked for room key they are nt ready to provide the key,i asked water glass but after wait 4 hr also they have not given glass.very rude staff. worst stay experience with this hotel harsh paradise
