    Stay was below average ,food bad. The staff are extremely rude with the people staying in hotel when it comes to dining.we went to have buffet dinner & were denied access to sofa sitting bcoz its apparently reserved for guests who come from outside. So basically no value for people staying at your premises. It happened all 3 days of stay. Food was not good we had stomachache having the non veg items. I won't recommend this place. Highly disappointed with ITC kakatiya Hyderabad.

    Deccan pavilion, where the breakfast is served everyday , had cockroaches . Multiple complaints against the hotel for the same reason

    The room had dirt with a lump of hair. The check-in reception wasn't happy faces. on December 26 2023, the breakfast place was crowded like a fish market, A 5-star hotel shouldn't take so many guests if they can't accommodate. Horrible experience. we had to fight for a place to sit. The swimming pool was closed till breakfast was over.. what nonsense. it's a small pool.

    It was a great stay at ITC Kakatiya during the last week of 2023. Excellent rooms, breakfast spread and staff. I would like to mention specially Kishore ji who was always prompt and eager to help/assist us.

    Nice toiletries, towels and clean property. Very nice and hospitable staff. Nice hys pantry area, well stacked private bar, good sitting area, and great view at the window, it looks like we are in some resort. The newly renovated rooms have a fresh feeling also.
