    ITC mughal is one of the best luxury hotel I have ever seen. you can feel the luxury once you step in inside the hotel.love their buffet breakfast and dinner

    the place is awesome....in the middle of busy road but far away from the hustle and bustle of the city noise they had 2 different pool due to the number of Rooms they have.... which was a sign of better management Just missed the spa as it was under renovation

    Nice Property, Valet Parking available, very nice and helpful staff. Great Selfie spots. Food is so good, it's difficult to avoid over eating. I selected this property to celebrate by Birthday. Hotel Staff Arranged Medicine for my kid at 3:30 am. Hotel provides warn milk for kids throughout the night. Hotel Staff packed food for my kid in case she hungry at night

    The check in process was smooth and was done in a jiffy. They have couple of activities like horse riding,magic show, caricature etc which will keep your kids engaged The breakfast and the dinner spread was also good which was also kid friendly.

    They don't do any welcome for guests,no hospitality,no mineral water in rooms rather they refilled glass bottles and keep them in rooms for guests. Air-conditioning not working in play room. Nobody come for clearance in room after food. I am sharing pictures for prood I am sharing pictures for proof No cleanliness. Coffee mugs dirty. They just give Ro water in dirty glass bottles. Don't clean room after food.
