The overall experience was satisfactory; however, the deluxe room lacked an electric kettle and fridge. The staff was good, but the room cost felt quite high compared to the amenities provided.

The stay was comfortable and pleasant.Just a suggestion in super delux room we did have a mini fridge but no electrix kettle. also providing complimentary water bottles will only make you earn brownie points.

The accommodation was very comfort, food was homely and delicious. And above all, the staff and management were most accommodative and polite. I visited with family and loved the stay. Totally worth the money.

The place is pretty clean and good for families with many main attractions nearby, But don't try food of their restaurant as it is very bad and tasteless given the huge price they charge for food.

Despite of the given star rating of 2 the cleanliness, staff behaviour, rooms, service, location was up to the mark. We are quite satisfied with the hotel and also recommend to others!

Average hotel. They don't have any 24/7 restaurant and couldn't get any food or tea as I reached around 10:30pm and had to leave by 07am in the morning. Hotel staff said they cannot make even a tea available before 07:30am.
Even for drinking water in the room, you need to ask them and then only it was provided.
