Had to travel to Aurangabad for a family function and the bus reached the destination earlier than usual. On requesting the manager to check in early we were told to wait for 4 hours (6 am to 10.30 am). Simply inhuman staff.
The washroom was stained and the AC, wifi were functioning intermittently.
Anyone planning to visit hotel, would suggest to choose some better one.

The hotel building is good, Manager is also good but need some improvement in room service,
1. provide dustbean in room which is not provided
2. In washroom please place haircap also.
the concern matter is-
The room service is not good, even I changed the first room in the second room in washroom hairs are there the washroom is not cleaned.

Goods:
Good Rooms. Clean rooms. Decent crowd for couples/ families. Staff is friendly and helpful.
Needs improvement:
No space for parking if they have an event at the banquet. The room service was alright (but it's subjective)
The food pricing is absurd. I paid 199 for Egg Bhurji. I don't pay these rates even at Taj, Bandra. Avoid eating at the 5th floor if possible.
