    It was a great experience at Joy's palace. I was recommended this very place by a friend and it has not disappointed me at all. Very welcoming staff at the reception and at every area they are assigned to. The food is very tasty, i took night buffet, it was filling with a lot of varieties. Comfortable stay in spacious room. Cleanliness is very well maintained. Location is good, not very crowded. Overall a very pleasant experience! Safety Very approachable and helpful staff

    The bar wasn't open. There was construction going on and the rooms weren't really cheap. I feel they should have mentioned about these details when booking.

    Room Service needs to improve. Had to call mutiple times to get anything. The extra bed wasn't comfortable. The bed linen wasn't clean.

    We booked this hotel due to a last minute plan change. I was not expecting a true five star experience since I never heard about it but the hotel exceeded my expectations. Very well maintained and clean rooms and lobby. Staff is polite and helpful. We had dinner and breakfast from the hotel. Food was good and not pricey.

    Pleasant stay , friendly staff and neat and tidy room. Room is spacious and extra bed allowed was nice. Recommended for family also.Pool was good . Outside noice was annoying during night.
