Well-maintained resort, recommended for families.
Positives:
1. The restaurant and housekeeping staff were exceptionally polite and courteous.
2. The resort was immaculately clean.
3. Its proximity to Goa's famous attractions was a major advantage.
Negatives:
1. Unfortunately, the receptionists were not very supportive and sometimes displayed an unwelcoming attitude, as if they were the resort owners.
2. The lift was uncomfortably small.

They didn't provide the High Tea even after having Elite Package. Also put a condition on 20% discount on F&B services to get atleast a bill of 1000
The evening reception person didn't respond well to the queries
