My sincere thanks to the owner of the property for showing so much concern for my 1 year old and allowing us to stay beyond our checkout time for free keeping the ill health of my baby into consideration.
Apart from the owner 's humane and kind nature, the property is just 3 mints from the palolem beach and has a very big market nearby . We stayed at studio room and it was very nice, clean and spacious. The washroom was also very clean with all the facilities. Nice owned by a nice person.

i would say its worth staying here compared to so called luxury stays as this stay provide you the best. spacious room, stay closer to palolem beach (less than 200m). good service by owner. also the food provided by the restaurant is good and cheaper.

The hotel is quite old and not maintained at all.Few issues we faced:1. The AC was leaking water although was managed later2. Rooms did not have proper clean linen and floor was not clean3. Parking is a makeshift place and not managed (4 wheeler)4. Most importantly: 1 day in we were requested to change our room to another and the new room had nothing! I mean no mirror, wardrobe, chair. It was our fault to have accepted it without checking first but nonetheless it was very bad!

One of d best place to stay, walkable distance to palolem beach. Mr.Neat and clean rooms and washroom. Mr. Ganguly is very down to earth man, helpful to every guest. All amenities are there. Thank u goibibo for helping me to find such a good stay.

Outdoor view in morning is just amazing ...trees and birds sound
Full size mirror, platform for kitchen, electric kettle, fridge is available..in this budget
Geyser is available
Toilet was neat and clean
Size of bed is perfect
Room size is more than sufficient
New and clean room...space is more than sufficient
Light, fan, AC all are perfectly working
Location wise hotel is at good place, walkable distance to palolem beach. Neat and clean rooms and washroom. Hotel owner is down to earth man, Very helpful. All amenities are there. Thank u goibibo for helping me such a good hotel.

Pros:
3 mins walk to Palolem beach
Rooms are quite specious with wide balcony
AC works. 24*7 hot water. Car parking is available. Tv was also there but we didn't use it.
Wifi is also available
They dont hv restaurant at hotel but they can give some good quality food places contact which will deliver the order at your room. Just a call away.
Last but not the least we had great host friendly & helpful.
All over we had a good stay with all facilities at finger tips.
