    Good Points - Good Location.Room service was good. Bad points - Early check in was not allowed. Took Rs 600 cash for early check in rooms. Cleanliness needs to be improved.Cockroaches could be seen roaming in the room.

    As we reached early in the Hotel, by making early booking slot, however the receptionist denied the early booking slot and took Rs. 500 from me for early check-in.

    It was value for money especially during peak holiday times in December last week. Hotel is exactly in the centre of the veraval city and station is near by. All the restaurants and emergency utilities shops are near by as well. Somnath temple is 6km away and auto rickshaw are frequently available. This is the best hotel. Excellent Rooms, Perfect location. Top class service and luxury accommodation.

    The hotel is average. The 1 staff in the hotel is good. Others are not respondive and arrogant. They switched off the main control of the AC even we are at the room.

    Non AC Room- Fan regulator not working. Fan runs on its full speed.
