The room is clean and well-maintained, and its proximity to the railway station is a major convenience. However, the receptionist at the time was extremely rude and unprofessional, displaying an unwelcoming attitude. The elevator is very small, accommodating only two people comfortably. If you have luggage, transporting it can be quite difficult, and unfortunately, the hotel does not provide any assistance in such situations.

For the price, this is worth it. Good to stay overnight. Signage needs improvement. There is no indication that this facility is different to the Residency. I went to the basement. The lift needs to be sent down and we have to get to the 2nd floor. Not easy when one has heavy luggage and no proper instructions. The helper boys are no helpers. There is no information about hot water not being available at the turn of a tap. We have to inform and then wait for 15 min, before it's available.
