location is very good. very close to both the safaris.
not really value for money. I found it very expensive for the amenities offered.
service is pathetic. bathroom tabs were leaking. no intercom. no elevator.
food is very average. won't recommend for food.
nearby IORA caffe is too good.

Location is very good close to western safari zone. Beautiful resort with beautiful park and views. Restaurant is decent and staff is good. Service and hygiene are Ok.

Location is good, but if you want a view, you need. to go out of your room. Poorly planned building. Very poor maintenance, specially bathrooms are bad. Bathroom curtain was a piece of cloth hanging on the grill.
In the night to put off or put on the lights, you have to get up and go to the door and do it.
Breakfast was very ordinary.
They have a small garden which is good.

Room and place was good. However, no complimentary service for pickup and drop from/to hotel within 2km when we are not travelling by our own conveyence. It is a disappointment. Hotel needs to improve their services when we guests paying so much in thousands to them for one night comfortable stay.

I had come on a girl's trip. We had a pleasant stay. Rooms are clean. The location and the view from the resort is awesome.
Special mention the hotel staff's are very helpful and responsible and ensured safety.
