    excellent, i am frequently visit in pune and every time i am staying in lemon tree hotel viman nagar. i prefer lemon tree hotel any were in india. if available in that city.

    The air conditioner was very noisy, and despite repeated requests, no action was taken to fix it. After a long flight, trying to get some rest in a noisy room was quite frustrating. However, the property is in a great location, which is a plus.

    Very conveniently located near business centers and airport. Though rooms are slightly small, yet clean and comfortable. Bed mattress is very soft and tends to sink under body weight, hence uncomfortable and needs replacing with firm ones. Food is quite good and dining service is prompt. Check in and out is efficiently handled. Overall a good property for the price.

    my 14 month old son got electrocuted with this live wire peeping in the bottom of this light fixture and when i went to investigate i got electrocuted worst thing to happen as a parent

    The hotel has a nice location and good food quality. However, the check-in experience was a bit odd. Despite paying for early check-in, I had to wait to get the twin bed room I had booked. In less than 24 hours, I had to change rooms for two reasons: to get the room I had requested and because the AC in the given room was not cooling efficiently. The bathroom was clean, but the towels were old. Overall, the staff was responsive and cooperative. Staff at restaurant was alert and efficient.
