    There isn't an option to provide less than one star. We have to ask for a lock, glass, and hot water starting at 7:30 after 2-3 requests. Services are at Zero level. Curtains are so thin - transparent. Even if it is not curtains, that is just simple thin clothes. TV was not working

    Beautiful building that stands out when you look from the fort - fantastic views of the fort and only a 5 minute walk to get into it. 5 minutes walk to get into sadar bazar. The staff were all so kind and attentive - well manner specially Sajan who taking care of all customers. Best thing is hotel is budget friendly and lowest rate for Big AC rooms.     The restaurant on rooftop has a very beautiful view of the Fort. Rooms were very clean. Excellent location if you want to roam around in Jaisalmer city as it just few steps away from fort and has all the restaurants and hotels around. Amenities are very few in number. Water bottles are chargeable. TV too small, maybe only in suite room. No phones in the room, so you cant really call the staff , go downstairs to reception if you need anything. Service is very slow.

    The rooms were clean, very comfortable, and the staff was amazing. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting downtown..
