Totally pathetic no way to enter or park the vehicle due to renovation activity, asked for tea not available before 8am, totally unhygienic waste of money horrible experience, dirty bathroom

Hotel staff was nice but Hotel was under construction & rooms were not clean and had dust on the floor. No access to pool due to construction. AC wasn't working either . Check in and out was quick & easy. Breakfast was great

wastage of money.they show different room and giving different room.looby are dirty,towels are dirty,rude staff,torn bed sheets.over all experience is like living in a cheap lodge or dormitory room

don't select the property by its picture. it's just a photo with filters. the hotel needs a renovation. no proper toiletries in the room. the bedsheet and towel were having stains.
I had booked 2 rooms and both the rooms bathroom drainage area was blocked
coming on the food, the buffet was the worst till date. the idlis were hard as rock and only 2 variety served. on complaining in this the staff rudely replied this is how it is
the night manager was very rude and didn't bother to solve the query
the food and the bathroom
