1.Room and bathroom- 👍
2.Room balcony view - average. no chair available for seating even after requesting staff
3.Staff behavior- 👍
4.cleanliness of room and all area- 👍
5. kitchen - well decorated
6. food- spicy for every curry item even after requesting to make balance for others
Please note- not ideal for family with child below 5 years.
Why? - Canteen team will not listen to customers need for example. if you request for
- Less spicy food items
- To make a separate food for baby

Location is good. Room size is ok and can accommodate 3 person. Service was very good. TV and AC both were working. I tried Hilsa fish and taste was quite good. Toothbrush and Teamaker with teabags were not provided by the hotel.
Disappointed with torn towel given .
Family friendly hotel.

The room was well decorated and well furnished. All hotel suff are very professional. They do their job perfectly. Food are very tasty and they serve it with very clean protocol. I love to stay there in near future.

It is just 40m from the new digha beach. Rooms are neat and clean. Home service is good. we had pleasant stay in the hotel.
