it was overall a good experience with mahout stay and their staff. a very calm, quiet and adventorous (if you are interested). also we loved charlie 🐶 who welcomes everyone with much love

Well, the stay was an absolute nightmare in my personal experience, there was no electricity for the entire day including overnight within the resort and guess what, they do not have a power backup. It was so dark as its literally in the woods, and eventhough I was carrying a torch it failed to help much as the ceiling is made of either bamboo or wood, so the light does not reflect. Overall stay was good. Place is off the main road by almost 3kms and you need to get there via a 4x4. Place is very good. 5/5 for the location. just that it can be kept a lot cleaner. Lots of plastic around the property which can easily be cleaned. Staff are super friendly!!

Mahout is a beautiful resort. Manager and other service people are extremely nice n helpful. Breakfast was fine. Restaurant menu we found on higher side. They have a beautiful waterfall and the service people accompany us to the waterfall for our safety from wild animals. Only drawback is, they have 4-5 km offroad, which they should have mentioned afterafter booking or call and confirm with the customer one day in advance.
