    Good hotel to stay, especially for short stays. The rooms are standard and have all the required facilities. The hotel is also neatly maintained. They provided us with amenities like towels, kettle, tea bags, sugar, milk creamer and bottled water. The location is also ideal(8 km from NITC) and is on the banks of the river. The food there is excellent and worth the price. But there are some drawbacks like it is not worth 4 star, it is just a 3 star or below hotel. Also the AC system is old and w ...more

    Hotel rooms are good, service is extra ordinary. However I will never recommend food from hotel. I (as a vegetarian) ordered veg chilly Gopi dry but I got chicken pieces in it. It's a huge upset. So be cautious while ordering food

    Dont have facilities of four star hotelStaff behavior is badWhen I entered the room thr was no power.... They were took 12 mints to return on the power.... After like one hour... Power cut........ Was so bad

    Stay is good. enough parking good service but the Food they serve is stale. Ordered prawns and chicken dishes - both were not fresh. Even juices are too watery. So, can opt for stay if required at Mukkam but pls don't order anything from here.

    The service and staff attitude was good and helpfull. They were co-operative and very customer friendly. But the bar situated near to the entrance made issues. Some drunkyards commented on my wife and mother. The entrance to bar should not be through the front entrance of the hotel. I doubt if it is suitable for family or couples to stay. Nearby access to the main locations were easy from this point.
