Door lock not working, telephone not working, frequent power cut, bathroom no lock, torn bedsheet and not so clean pillow and blanket

beds was too old
washroom was dirty
no soffa
table chair was broken and tied with aluminium wire nobody can sit on that
overall horrible experience
worst experience ever
they call me 4-5 times on day for payment…
no body call before checkout
but they did😂

I recently booked a room, expecting to receive what was shown in the pictures. Unfortunately, the room provided was completely different and of much lower quality. The disparity between the advertised room and what I received was shocking and disappointing.Despite my attempts to address this with customer service, I received no satisfactory resolution. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied with service. I would advise potential customers to be cautious when booking, as the reality may not match the promises made.

Not a very good experience. Hotel lacks in basic amenities for elderly people ,who find it difficult to climb up the top floor,where I was alloted room no.203.Secondl availability of an electric kettle with tea /coffee sachets needs to be considered ,as hotel's restaurant opens up after 8 am..Thirdly, rather most weirdly ,one of the hotel staffs rang me over intercom for no obvious reason.

Hotel was pathetic, dirty bed dirty blanket ... room charges are up to 3 star hotel but the hotel even deserve negetive star...stay away
