the hotel checkin experience was quick! and the rooms are descent, more so the staff in the restaurant was also very helpful during my visits there, however my only bad experience was on two accounts, firstly when i ordered food, they won’t leave the food unless i paid citing some hotel policy, and it was my first night and as i was booked for two nights i told them that i’ll make the payment together as i’m expecting some more food ordering a over the next couple of days! but in vain. secondly ...more

stay was awesome...perfect hotel for couples...little issues faced during night..some external noice some other room issues door and late night noise otherwise everything was perfect

its a decent Hotel ,
it was a short trip , but i think they are poor on their services ,
i had not take many of their services but i asked for a quarter plate and a spoon from housekeeping
after 2 repeated calls in span of 15mins
i didnt received any of the said item till my checkout

I recently stayed at the Mercure Chandigarh, located conveniently close to Elantra Mall. The hotel's proximity to the mall is a definite plus, making it easy to indulge in shopping and dining options. The cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, with rooms and common areas well-maintained.
However, my experience with the staff left much to be desired. While the basics were handled, I found the staff to be not very accommodating or proactive in addressing guest needs. This lack of attentivenes ...more
