    Good location, good hotel but staff just promises will do what we say antha but don't. our room got problem with lock when we inform them told will do it you return back even after giving key to them also, when we return shock to see they have done nothing.

    Located near SRS main office, anand rao circle next to movie land theatre. Has lift. Clean rooms. No restaurant inside.

    Worst service i have booked ac room and they have given me a non ac room.after 6 hours they have given me the ac room as I booked ....the management people are very rude and they doesn't know how to behave with the customers and they have charged extra money also from me.even one star is also waste for dis hotel...........

    Morning room service is poor. For TV issue Even after 3 calls a guy came & went by saying will come with new one but never came.
