We had booked a village room but the rooms were not at all maintained. We also requested for change of room or upgradation of room but staff of the hotel was not ready to give another room and also not ready to upgrade the room. There were also no Wifi, intercom in the room. Flush was not working properly and there was termites on the furniture and wall..

MTDC Kunkeshwar is one of the best government properties. Rooms and bathrooms are clean and spacious.
View is great from Hotel restaurant and Swimming pool.
Wifi only works at restaurant and reception occasionally.
Swimming pool is not clean properly.
Room Service is not there at all.
Not even telephones in Room
Restaurant food is not so good also not many options for breakfast.
You will request them but staff is rude at restaurant.
If you are only looking for stay it's a best property. Don't expect room service and food options.
