Very very poor service dirty rooms ac not working no water for hand wash and bath whole day and night.

The room was overrated and unclean. The service was not good, the staff very ill mannered. There was inconvenience as soon as we entered. Other than room the ambience was good. There is no swimming pool, they wrote it for no reason. Overall it was just average.

Overall the stay was good. The staff and the services all were fine. Hotel services are little slow. Rest everything was fine..
