Neat and clean rooms. Calangute and Candolim are on walkable distance.
If you are visiting in group, ensure that you are getting big room or else they will put 4 number is one single room.
No flexible check out time.

Hotelier asking to pay extra 5000 because of there is small oil strain on bed sheet worst behavior with guest unhappy trip really sad

good location and cheap prize of guest house room near calangute beach but it is a guest house they charge for drinkig water extra own vine shop is in the first house ac and fridge is available
